In this session, we will map out a practical way for you to handle all your food needs (and those of everyone in your house), taking into account your main symptoms. You’ll come away with a printable meal plan, customized recipes written just for you, guidance for stocking your pantry and a weekly shopping list, based on the following factors:

  • The optimal diet for middle-aged women

  • Creative solutions to your unique challenges around preparing food. Perhaps you have family members who have different food needs, you have limited time, a lack of desire or inspiration to cook, or a need to buff up your skills. We’ll target the areas where you are stuck and create a strategy to get you eating well at home and beyond.

  • A plan that is tailored to your desires to be in the kitchen- anywhere from assembly (no cooking) to preparing four unique recipes each week. The plans that work are the ones that are realistic, not aspirational.

  • Tips for eating out, a guide to gut health support, and access to skill videos to get your cooking techniques to the next level.
